Temitayo has led numerous teams in conducting legal due diligence prior to the acquisition of companies and various assets in Nigeria. He led the legal team that guided the Bureau of Public Enterprises through some of the successful concession regimes for public infrastructure, and led the legal team that advised the Bureau of Public Enterprises in its attempts to sell the power plants located at Oji River (Enugu State), Ijora (Lagos State) and Calabar (Cross River State). Temitayo also serves as legal adviser to a number of public and private sector organisations. He is currently the lead legal adviser to the largest Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) offtakers club in Nigeria, and a consortium currently undertaking a multi-billion naira transport and real estate construction project in Lagos State, Nigeria’s commercial Capital.
Temitayo is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the International Bar Association, and the Association of Independent Petroleum Negotiators. He sits on the Governing Boards of a number of charitable organisations.
